Child Passenger Safety, Car Seat Checks & Installations:

Many parents and caregivers spend hours in the car with their children every week. Wherever kids need to go, the most important thing is making sure they get there safely. The importance of correctly installed car seats, booster seats and making sure kids are buckled in the correct seats for their ages and size can’t be understated. Many children do travel in the right seats, but unfortunately there are still many children riding in motor vehicles incorrectly. On average in 2020, two children were killed and approximately 278 were injured each day while riding in a motor vehicle due to being incorrectly restrained. Do you want to make sure your child is in the correct seat and that your seat is installed properly? Warrensburg EMS is committed to reducing senseless tragedies on our roads. No matter how large the vehicle, or how short the distance, every child needs to be properly buckled in the back seat on every trip! If you would like to speak to a licensed Child Passenger Safety Technician, email us today at info@warrensburgems.org or call us at 519.623.4911 and select extension 3 to speak to our Operations Supervisor.
